Mobility Expo a success
A large number of current and prospective clients visited our Mobility Expo last Wednesday, as part of Disability Action Week.
Held annually, the Expo allows Queenslanders who are vision impaired to learn about the aids, technology and support available from Guide Dogs Queensland and a selection of other agencies.
White Canes, Electronic Travel Aids, Adaptive Technologies, Daily Living Equipment and information about support groups, counselling, and welfare and social services were all on display.
Guests also enjoyed a BBQ lunch and Devonshire Tea.
