  Every year, Guide Dogs Queensland hears of and welcomes a myriad of fun and inspiring ways to raise funds for the association. We receive less than seven per cent in government funding for some specific fee-for-service rehabilitation programs and nothing for our Guide Dog breeding and training or services across regional and rural Queensland. The support we receive through the wonderful fundraising efforts of individuals, schools, organisations and businesses is vital to the ongoing delivery of our life-changing services to Queenslanders who are blind and vision impaired.
